• Not enslaved to substance abuse
• Not given to sexual immorality or unfaithfulness
• Has personal integrity
• Fears God
• Earnestly seeks wisdom
• Governs (leads) justly
• Protects the rights of the righteous and shows compassion to the helpless
• Has an impact on people

 

• Act wisely towards those in authority over you
